Windows Vista Update

Customers using the LANGMaster software with Microsoft Windows Vista operating system may need to install the following patch. Please follow the instructions below.

1. Download langmaster_vistapatch1.exe and save to your desktop.
2. Close all running programs, including the browser.
3. Locate your LANGMaster installation CD. It is required to successfully complete the update.
4. Run the update program, langmaster_vistapatch1.exe located on your desktop.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the software update.

"Access Denied" or Red "X"

The latest update for Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 and Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 may cause issues with some programs including the LANGMaster software. If you are receiving "Access Denied" errors or seeing a red "X" where images should be while trying to install or run LANGMaster software, please follow the directions below.

1. Download langmaster_iepatch1.exe and save to your desktop.
2. Close all running programs, including the browser.
3. Locate your LANGMaster installation CD. It is required to successfully complete the update.
4. Run the update program, langmaster_iepatch1.exe, located on your desktop.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the software update.

Uninstall Helper

If you are having problems uninstalling the LANGMaster software or have already uninstalled and there are LANGMaster files remaining on your computer, follow the steps below to perform or complete the uninstallation process.

1. Download langmaster_remover1.exe and save to your desktop.
2. Close all running programs, including the browser.
3. Run the software remover program, langmaster_remover1.exe, located on your desktop.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
