Q. When will my order arrive?
A. If you are inside the United States the normal shipping time is between 1 and 2 weeks. Canadian residents should allow 2-4 weeks.

Q. What is the Shipping & Processing fee?
A. For the purchase of a complete language package the S&P is free. If you choose to purchase the easy Monthly Installment Plan, a small S&P fee of $4.95 is charged for each of the three remaining installments after purchase of your Beginner language program. Click here for more details.

Q. Can I order by phone?
A. Yes. Simply call 866-809-8255 or 928-226-9074, Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM Arizona (MST), and customer service will assist you. Please note Arizona does not observe Daylight Savings Time.

Q. What are my payment options?
A. We accept Visa and Mastercard. All funds are in U.S. dollars

Q. Is ordering online secure?
A. Security is a very important part to having a safe and enjoyable online experience. We use the latest technology to protect all of the information you send and receive during the ordering process. The connection between your browser and our server is encrypted with industry standard SSL technology. SSL encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. Your browser must support SSL.

Q. How will the charge appear on my credit card statment?
A. Transactions from us will appear on your statement as either "SpanishLangCDs.Com", "FrenchLangCDs.Com", "ItalianLangCds.Com", or "GermanLangCds.Com".

Q. Why are there multiple authorizations on my statement?
A. When you place an order with us, or system checks with your credit card company or bank to ensure that funds are available to cover the charge. If you are using a debit card, this authorization of funds causes your financial institution to withhold the amount of your order until your order has been shipped. If your order must be resubmitted for any reason multiple authorizations may occur, but your card will only be charged once.

Q. Will I be shipped or billed for any additional services once my selected language course is complete?
A. No. Once the final installment in your language course has been mailed to you the account is closed. Subsequent shipments or billings will only occur upon your request.

Q. Will Advantage Language work on Mac?
A. No. This program is not designed to run on a Macintosh OS.

Q. Can I the ship date of my monthly shipments?
A. Absolutely. If you require additional time between receiving your lesson packs, please contact customer service at 866-809-8255 or 928-226-9074 and we will be happy to space your orders out in a manner that is convenient for you.

Q. How do I unsubscribe from your email list?
A. Send an email to info@advantagelanguage.com with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line.

Q. what is your Return Policy
A. At Advantage Language we have a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase.
Shipping and Processing charges are non-refundable. Refunds will only be applied to the original method of payment. If you feel it is necessary to return any of your lessons programs please call Customer Service at 866-809-8255 or 928-226-9074.
Refunds are typically processed the same day they are received at our warehouse. Please be sure to include your name andress with your return. A RMA number is NOT required to return your language program to us, however, it is advisable for you to contact our customer service department if you intend to return a shipment to ensure correct processing. The best way to expedite this process is to send your return package to us in a manner that will ensure rapid delivery. Please be aware that it may take 7-10 business days from the time we issue a refund for the transaction to be processed by your financial institution and appear on your bank or credit card statement.
